The building is located at the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, one of the safest and most desirable neighborhoods. It is two blocks to Chicago's central public transit system, a 5-minute walk to Chicago's Magnificent Mile (any restaurant or retail store you can imagine is in this area). It's also a short commute to many of Chicago's other neighborhoods: 15-minute walk from River North & Old Town; 15-20 minute train commute to the Loop for work; 20 train commute to Lincoln Park.
