-Looking for someone who is kind, communicative, and respectful of shared space.
-Ideally you try to avoid getting or spreading COVID - masking in grocery stores, public transit, healthcare settings, and - when possible - in crowded spaces.
-I'm a cis queer woman and a new grad student in my early 30s. I've been in this building for a year and a half just me so far. I love to bike, walk, organize in my community, be silly with friends, and watch tv with the cat. Never once been late on rent and I'm very tidy.

-Back porch and backyard with a pear tree.
-Friendly, quiet neighbors who've been in the building for years.
-Little library people often stop at.
-Landlord only owns this building and lives on the first floor. Her daughter lives nearby, manages the property, and is very responsive. They don’t treat the property as a profit-making endeavor.
-Landlord is a gardener, so the front and back yards are filled with native plants and flowers.

-10 min walk to the Rockwell stop on the Brown Line.
-5 min walk to the 92 Foster bus, 82 Lawrence bus, and 93 California bus.
-5 min walk to Harvestime, then neighborhood grocery store.
-5 min walk to River Park and the North Shore Channel Trail.
