It is a quiet tree-lined street but proximity to the lake, grocery store, and lively restaurants and bars on Broadway, near several bus lines, including 134, 143, 151, 146, 156, and 76. There is TONS of storage space with five closets in the unit, including 2 in the bedroom. Wood floors throughout. New refrigerator. AC wall unit and baseboard heating. It is a cozy and rare corner unit, quiet at the end of the hall, and gets light from 2 sides (north and west). In building laundry, I never have an issue with them being all in use.
Interior Highlights
Great light from both sides. The window in the bathroom lets in a ton of light and gives a nice cross breeze. This really cozy and comfy apartment is great for one or two people. Modern glass kitchen cabinets make the kitchen look new. The dishwasher works great.
Best Things About the Building
The location cannot be beaten, and the unit itself is great. The building manager is on site M-F, 8-5, very quick to respond if something is needed, and takes great care of the building.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
It is a 10-minute walk to the lake and a 2-minute walk to bars, restaurants, a grocery store, and a gym.
