If the things are desired moved ahead of move-in, that can be agreed upon, in case you would rather have your own things.

Lease period is 8 months from April 15th to December 15th. In case you woudl desire to extend that can be a negotiated. the cut-off date is just for me to remove the furniture ahead of the official lease end on January 7th

Unit is on the 14th floor, with a great view north. Given the posibility for moving straight in to this unit with only the requirements of a bed (in fact the couch is a sleeping couch, so could work temporarily) it makes it very suitable for a first time move from home, a new to the city move or just a change of scenery.

Building has a gym and a shared loundry room on the ground floor. The pario on allows for grill parties during the summer, and you can have a chill time in the provided hammocks.
