Formerly a Brach's Candy factory, this is the Gotham City Hospital that the Joker blows up at 401 North Cicero Avenue. The footage shows how the explosion looked in real-time.

Hugh Hefner and his family moved into a home at 1922 North New England Avenue around the time his younger brother, Keith, was born in 1930. At the time he published his first issue of Playboy, however, Hefner lived in an apartment at 6052 South Harper Avenue in Woodlawn with his wife, Millie.

This Queen Anne-style home was built in 1892, and the city designated it a landmark on January 20, 1999.  frederick r. schock designed and built it for frederick beeson, the president of the chicago veneer company.

Frederick R. Schock built this house for himself in 1886.  It was designated a landmark on January 20, 1999.

The hitchock house was built in 1871 for a top-level executive of a railroad parts company, charles hitchcock.  it was designated as a landmark on july 7, 1992.

These Queen Anne and Shingle-style houses were designated landmarks on January 20, 1999.  Schock built the houses from 1886 to 1892.
